In Ohio, exotic dancer Kristina Hensley has been charged in connection with the death of a client, Jae Cho. Hensley, 35, allegedly hit Cho with her car after leaving his house abruptly this past weekend. Cho followed her out, was struck and wedged under the car. He was dragged two miles to the gas station Hensley drove to, in search of help.

Hensley, a dancer for Naughty Bodies, was sent to Cho’s home early in the morning of August 7, according to CBS News affiliate WKRC Local12. According to the report, something “went terribly wrong” and Hensley left the house in a hurry. Cho followed her, moved in front of the car and tried to stop her. Hensley struck Cho, but kept driving to reach the gas station. Cho was pronounced dead at the scene.

After an accident which involves an injury like the one Hensley caused, drivers have a legal obligation to take reasonable steps to help the injured person. This can include calling for emergency medical care or reporting the accident to the police. If a driver fails to do what is necessary when injuries or a death are involved, they can be charged with leaving the scene or with felony hit and run.

Kristina Hensley is currently being held on a $50,000 bond. A friend described her to the local news.“She was a good mother. She did whatever she had to, to take care of her kids.”

WKRC reports that according to court documents, investigators have taken a laptop, marijuana and drug paraphernalia from a search of Jae Cho’s home.
